These are our business terms:


Currently, we exclude commercial appliances, appliances installed in a bathroom/wet room and also gas appliances from our work.

Callout and inspection of work

We are happy to come and inspect work free of charge, with a no obligation to carry out the work. No hidden costs. No charges for uncompleted work. No fix no fee.

Payment options

We have multiple ways to pay. Our engineers can accept cash, cheque and card payments. alternatively we can accept BACS and invoice you directly through email with a card payment option attached.

Warranty period following the repair

Our warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of work completed. This warranty only covers work we have carried out including parts and labour.

Appointment alterations

Upon receiving your appointment if for any reason you need to alter you appointment please call within at least 1 hour before to cancel.

Just like our customers sometimes we need to alter an appointment time. if for any reason we need to change an appointment we will be in touch via the telephone provided. If we are having problems getting through on the number provided we may decide to email you.
